What I want to do this winter



This winter I want spend much time with my friends. I want to do many activities with them such that go shopping, cinema, skating, parties, valcartier or just spend one day with some of them for talking, laughing, taking pictures and messing. I want too to ski-doo and just spending time outdoors with my family and people I love.

Travel umanitarian


Later, i want to do umanitarian travels. In my summer job, i worked with people who come from Guatemala. I have talk with us and i understood they live in a big poverty. After i have finish my college for becoming a nurse, i want to go to Guatemala for couple of months in a community for offer my help.

This was a good evening with you girls. We are go skating. We talked and laughed a lot together. After two hours skating, we started to feel cold. We have therefore decided to rent a movie. Always nice moments spent with you girls. I love you & we do something together soon.

Hedley


For me, Hedley is a good group too. They are a pop-rock canadian group. They are become famous when Jacob Hoggard reached the third place at canadian idol show. They come from Abbotsford in Colombie-Britannique. The name of their group (Hedley) come of a city in Colombie-Britannique. They have 3 albums: « Hedley » in September 2005, « Famous Last Words » in October 2007 and the new, « The Show Must Go » in November 2009.

During the Christmas holidays, i see my family for differents occasions: activities, supper and party. I want to do activities outside like that skating or ski-doo. My futur projects

Next year I'm going to Saint-Augustin at Campus Notre-Dame-De-Fois to become a nurse. After 3 years in this technical i want to do 2 other years in this college to make an attestation to become a ambulance driver. I chose this 2 trades because I want to help people in need. I also have the stress of keeping them alive and see the gratitude in their eyes when they passed through. It's a tough job, because sometimes we must deal with death, dealing with difficult cases, to families destroyed by the loss of a family member, but for me is still the best job in the world; My passion.

My dream

when I have more money, I want to go to Cuba or the Dominican Republic to swim with dolphins. I want to go there too cause I want to do Diving Submarine and see many amazing fish species. Spend 2 weeks in the south to tan, spending time on the beach and bathe in the sea would be great. This is a dream I would like to realize this year, because I want to accomplish this dream with some of my friend before to go next year to cejep. I also want to go to Cuba or the Dominican Republic for do too katamaran and horses on the beach. I think this trip would be a good oportunity to keep good relations with my best friends to assist the transition and keep the friendship between the secondary and cejep.

Hollywood Undead

In this article, I show you one of my favorite musical groop, Hollywood undead. There is an American rap rock band from Los Angeles, California. Generally there are 6 members, Charlie Scene (vocal and lead guitar), Da Kurlzz (vocals, drums and percussion), Deuce (vocals, production ans lyrics), Funny Man (vocals and baritone), J-Dog (keyboard, synthesizer,vocals and rhythm guitar) and Johnny 3 Tears (vocals). They have 2 touring members Daniel Murillo (vocals) and Biscuitz (drums). They have to an ancien members the founder of the group in 2005, Shady Jeff (vocals and band manager). There have 2 goals, become famous and get their messages with their songs sometimes shock. There 2 goals was realize in 2008 with their 2 success Young and Undead. Their song Undead is featured on the Madden NFL 09 soundtrack and is also part of the soundtrack for UFC 2009 Undisputed. Their song "Young" is featured as one of the 20 bonus downloadable tracks in the music video game Rock Band 2.

A Place to See.

Since I saw the final of Occupation Double, if I have the opportunity to travel soon, I want to visit South Africa. During the show, I saw many places I want to visit because I think it would be very interesting. During the trip we would stay in a beautiful hotel. In this hotel the arrangements was amazing. It seems like we were really in the savanna. More, the restaurant of the hotel is outside and the landscape is so beautiful with the typical animals of South Africa sproximity of us. In the activities I would want to do, there is the elephant tour in the forest Africa and the safari tour to see giraffes, lions, zebras, hippopotamus and rhinoceros. I want to travel in South Africa too because it is probably a big cultural choc and I want to learn an other different culture and do typical activities with the people stay in Africa. I hope my dream to visit this beautiful place come true.

New fitness activities.

Young people miss physical activity because in secondary school, most students do not practice any sport. Yet, the physical activity are beneficial to the growth of adolescents. To please a greater number of people, we should integrate yoga activity in high school.

Yoga are many benifits. It as improving élasticity and flexibility. We learn many different positions seems difficult to help to keep a good balance with body and spirit. It’s a good point too for learn good respiration useful in stressful situations.

Yoga is good too for endurance and strenght. The different exercises help to develop muscles and strenght in legs and arms. There two points are good to keep a good shape and it’s important in other sports to have there capacities.
In conclusion, yoga is a good new fitness activity to integrate in school for reduce stress levels and ameliore ability to help you in other individual or team sports. Which solutions can we find to engage most students in physical activity?
